Biography
Bonita Street has been a license PTA since graduating Midlands Technical College in 2015. Prior to becoming a PTA, Bonita graduated from the University of South Carolina-Columbia with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science class of 2008 and also hold a Master’s in Health Science from Trident University class of 2010.
Bonita has dedicated all of her adult life to health care and shared that same level of dedication by serving in the United States Army, Signal Corps and also with the South Carolina National Guard Family Readiness and Support. She retired in 2015 at the rank of Staff Sergeant.
Currently, in addition to physical therapy, Bonita is an entrepreneur owning her own fashion scrub wear line Scrub The Streets.
Bonita is the proud wife to Michael for 10 years and counting and together they have 5 children and 6 grandchildren.
Fun fact about Bonita, she is a DIY Queen and all the power tools in the house belong to her.
