Biography
Heather Kopacz was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, went to college in NYC and graduated from AMDA (The American Musical and Dramatic Academy) in dance theater. She is a professional dancer by trade and teaches at University of South Carolina in the summers. She also teaches for USC’s School of Music in the Musical Theatre department as a choreographer. She got married in April 2021 to the greatest man, Cody Kopacz! Heather’s love for the fitness industry started as a junior in high school and continued in 2014 when she became a certified group fitness instructor with Les Mills. Her love for encouraging others in their fitness journey inspired her to become a personal trainer in 2018. She has worked with all ages and fitness levels ranging from 11-80 years old. She loves very meaningful relationships with her clients and she believes in working hard, building strong muscles, and having a fantastic time helping others achieve their goals.
