Joint Mobilization

Joint Mobilization is a hands-on technique that our physical and occupational therapists use to improve the range of motion, reduce pain, and minimize stiffness. Joint mobilization manipulate tissues in the body to increase blood circulation and temperature of the tissues, which helps to loosen and stretch the soft tissues. This can also stimulate a relaxation response that causes muscle fibers to relax, decrease tone, and help to restore joint motion.

IASTM Technique

It is a form of soft tissue mobilization that involves using special tools to identify and treat areas of scar tissue, myofascial adhesions, and other muscle and joint conditions.
