Biography
Jessica Hyman has been passionate about sports since the age of four, actively participating in soccer and long jump throughout her school years. Initially aspiring to pursue a career in physical therapy after high school, she chose instead to serve in the military. Following her service in the Navy, she transitioned into a role as a fitness leader. However, after undergoing three knee surgeries—both during and after her time in the military—her interest in physical therapy was reignited. These experiences motivated her to return to school to become a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), combining her dedication to fitness with a deepened understanding of rehabilitation and recovery.

Outside of physical therapy she enjoys working out, playing pickleball, spending time with friends and family, and going to church.
