Dr. Edwin Belser is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified Specialist in Orthopedics, dedicated to outpatient rehabilitation and patient-centered care. With a strong belief that physical therapy should go beyond exercises to incorporate true lifestyle changes, he works closely with patients to help them achieve their highest potential and return to the activities they love.

- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) – Earned from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2017.
- Bachelor of Science – Graduated from Clemson University in 2014.

Since joining ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine in 2017, Dr. Belser has played an integral role in its expansion from 2 locations to 5 across South Carolina. In 2020, he became a partner in the company, continuing to serve the Florence and Williamsburg County communities while practicing full-time at the Lake City location.
He is actively involved in professional advocacy and leadership, including:

Life Beyond the Clinic
When he’s not working with patients, Dr. Belser enjoys spending time with his wife, Frances, and their son, Tripp. As an outdoorsman and sports enthusiast, he loves boating, fishing, and hunting, and is an avid supporter of Clemson athletics. His appreciation for active, outdoor living is reflected in his passion for helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence in their everyday lives.
