Dr. Caroline Brown – Dedicated Physical Therapist with a Holistic Approach to Patient Care
Dr. Caroline Brown is a compassionate and skilled Doctor of Physical Therapy with a strong foundation in exercise science, psychology, and patient-centered rehabilitation. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of South Carolina, before pursuing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine.

Dr. Brown believes in a holistic approach to rehabilitation, integrating physical therapy, movement science, and psychology to support her patients in achieving optimal recovery and wellness. Her clinical interests include:
- Orthopedic & Sports Injury Rehabilitation – Helping patients recover from musculoskeletal injuries and return to peak function.
- Neuromuscular & Balance Training – Supporting individuals in improving coordination and preventing falls.
- Post-Surgical Rehabilitation – Guiding patients through structured recovery programs to regain strength and mobility.

Dr. Brown lives in Kingstree, SC, with her husband and their three beloved dogs:
