Andrew P. Imbeau, MBA – CEO & Advocate for Growth
Andrew P. Imbeau is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine. With a background in business and a passion for healthcare, he has helped grow ProMotion from a small rural clinic into a multi-location practice serving communities across South Carolina. His leadership focuses on patient-centered care, professional development, and sustainable business growth.
Andrew’s journey in entrepreneurship started early, and his experiences in business development and strategy have shaped his approach to leadership. He values innovation, strong team culture, and continuous learning to ensure both employees and patients receive the best possible experience.

Under his leadership, ProMotion has: Expanded to five locations across South Carolina, introduced specialized programs in sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, neurological rehab, women’s health, and more, and built a reputation as a trusted provider of evidence-based physical therapy services in South Carolina.

Andrew’s vision for ProMotion is to continue expanding access to high-quality care while fostering a strong, patient-focused team. He remains dedicated to growing the company, investing in people and education, and strengthening community partnerships.
Outside of Work
When he’s not in the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, traveling, trying new food, and playing golf. He values competition, learning, and personal growth—both on and off the course.
