Dr. Blake Risher – Dedicated Orthopedic & Sports Rehabilitation Physical Therapist
Dr. Blake Risher, a native of Blythewood, SC, discovered his passion for physical therapy during high school as a track and cross country athlete managing his own sports injuries. His journey into the profession was driven by a desire to stay connected to athletics while serving his community through rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Education & Professional Background
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) – Earned from Methodist University in May 2023.
- Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science – Graduated from Southern Wesleyan University in May 2019.
- Clinical Experience – Spent a year gaining hands-on experience in physical therapy before pursuing his doctorate.

Blake specializes in outpatient orthopedics, working with a wide range of patients to restore mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall function.
